Name: Alex Reiff
Callsign: Mephysteaux
What's in a Name: It's an alternate spelling of Mephisto, a moniker I started using in high school while I was listening to a band called Mephisto Odyssey.
Weapon of Choice: Planet Eclipse 2006 Ego
Paintball Career: Alex began playing paintball in 2005 as a founding member of Help Nelson. In 2009, he parted ways with his original team and began a two year long period of free agency, during which he performed a number of leadership roles, including that of German XO at Invasion of Normandy 2010. He then joined Hell Katz in 2011.
Personal Background: Born in California, grew up near Philadelphia, studied graphic design at George Mason University. Other interests include cooking, terrible movies, heavy metal, and playing guitar and bass.
Best Paintball Moment: Playing recball at LVP South, I found a hidden path that ran down the tape line, and dropped me behind enemy lines. I eliminated the last 4 or 5 players on the other team, winning the game for my team.
Worst Paintball Moment: Getting roped into doing base defense late at night, then falling asleep on the field. This has happened more than once.
